 Our products are currently on pre-order due to a high amount of orders we are receiving.  Please take a note of the fulfilment dates on our website as these are changing frequently and according to when the orders are placed.  There is currently a delay in order processing and shipping times. 

Order Processing

Please allow one working day for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.  If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the next working day.

- EU Delivery Times: 3-5 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays)

- Rest of the world: 5-7 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays)

EU Customs Charges

The UK is no longer part of the EU.  Any items that you purchase from the UK may incur customs/duty charges.  The charges will vary from country to country and are set by the government of each country in the EU. 

As a UK business we have no control over these charges and we hold no responsibility for these costs.  We therefore advise you to check with your country's customs information centre to understand what the threshold is for goods purchased from abroad.  Customs / duty charges may apply in order for the goods to be released from customs in your country and delivered to you. 

RETURNS

Opened / Used products

Opened and used products cannot be re-turned and re-sold to new customers due to hygiene purposes.  Our hair tools are meant to be worn on the scalp, left in for a few hours or overnight.

REFUNDS 

Cancel your un--shipped order

Please email us as soon as you can so we can cancel your order for you

  • a full refund is applicable including shipping costs

  • a cancellation fee of £2.50 applies (this cancellation fee is usually charged to us by Stripe or PayPal)

Cancel your shipped order but not yet delivered

Please email us as soon as you can so we can advise you on what to do next

  • A refund will only be applicable once we receive the item back

  • shipping charges are not refunded

Damaged products

Please get in touch about your damaged product within 15 days of receiving it.  You can email details about your damaged product to info@cordina.co.uk. Please include images of the damage and we would be more than happy to provide you with a replacement product. 

If you change your mind

You can return your unopened and unused purchase for a refund within 15 days of receiving your product.

  • We can then provide you with further details on how to return your product.

  • Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.  

  • Refunds are applicable on products only (excluding shipping fees)

  • We are unable to accept returns beyond the 15 day period at this time.
