Part - Time Freelance Virtual Assistant

We're currently looking for a remote VA to help the Company Director with Administrative tasks. 

 

Location

UK - Based, Remote/ Home-based 

Hours & Pay

- Hours of work will vary, between 5 - 10 hours a week.

- £10 per hour

- Available between Monday - Saturday

Tasks

Customer Care

- Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat and Instagram DMs

- Respond to customer comments on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and YouTube

- Provide help and assistant with our products on social media videos posted by other accounts.

Email Management

- Forwarding invoices / liaising with the Accountant and keeping a copy of the invoices

- Responding and managing supplier relationships

- Filing away emails 

- Managing and liaising with brand ambassadors

- Delete any junk mail / unsubscribe 

- Email / chase up and maintain a good relationship with Editors 

Other

- Place orders online

- Help the director with personal tasks, such us personal shopping

- Data entry

- prepare reports, documents and contracts

- submit job posts and go through resumes. 

- Other adhoc tasks

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Previous experience working as a PA / VA

  • You are self employed and able to take on flexible work

  • Accuracy and good attention to detail.

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft packages and social media platforms: Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook & YouTube

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Organised

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
